REMOTE AUTHENTICATION




EXTERNAL AUTHENTICATION
============================
1- CREATE A USER IN ORACLE LIKE (CREATE USER A IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY)
2- GRANT CONNECT,RESOURCE TO A;
3- ALTER SYSTEM SET os_authent_prefix=" ";
4- ALTER SYSTEM SET remote_os_authent=TRUE;
5- GO TO ORACLE_HOME\NETWORK\ADMIN
   AND CHANGE THE FOLLOWING 
   # SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
   SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)
6- GO TO CONTROL PANEL AND CREATE A USER ACCOUNT , THE NAME OF USER 
   SHOULD BE SAME AS YOU HAVE CREATED IN ORACLE DATABASE e.g USER A.


7- GO TO 
 --- CONTROL PANEL
 --- ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS
 --- COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
 --- LOCAL USER AND GROUPS
 --- Users 
 --- SELECT YOUR USER e.g. A with double click
 --- MEMBER OF
 --- ADD
 --- ADVANCE
 --- FIND NOW 
 --- DOUBLE CLICK ON ORA_DBA GROUP


8- RESTART THE DATABASE SERVICE (ORCL)
9- LOG OFF FROM CURRENT USER
10- LOGIN FROM USER A.
11- THEN START SQLPLUS AND JUST WRITE / IN USERSNAME SECTION AND PRESS ENTER.
12- NOW YOU ARE IN SQLPLUS WITH OS USER (A);
